Delivery / Returns Policy

Please read this delivery / returns policy and our terms & conditions before placing your order.

Delivery information.

We only deliver to the UK.

Our delivery charge is listed per product. Our maximum order delivery charge is £5, regardless of the number of items purchased. You can see your total delivery charge on the Shopping Cart and Checkout screens.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment on working days, subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee when orders will be received by you.

Returns information.

We will replace or refund any goods returned within 14 days that are in perfect condition. Items that are dirty or have been washed cannot be returned. Items that are chewed or used by your dog cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

We highly recommend you carefully package the returned items since any items damaged in transit will not be refunded.

We also highly recommend you use a “signed for” postal service for returns since you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. The return delivery cost is non-refundable.
