Experience: Battersea Dogs and Cats Home

I worked at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home for eight years as a dog behaviourist and rehomer.

This included performing comprehensive temperament assessments, developing training and behaviour modification programmes, and rehoming.

I also developed and facilitated behavioural and rehoming staff training at Battersea.

During my time at Battersea I worked with thousands of dogs from an enormous range of breeds, ages, sizes, temperaments, training needs and behaviour problems.

I successfully studied for the NVQ Level 3 Animal Care vocational qualification whilst working at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
